Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services
We provide custom AI automation systems for small businesses, including but not limited to:
Onboarding automation
Proposal and contract automation
Invoicing workflows
Follow-up and review request automations
Voice Agents
Custom automation builds
Details of each service will be defined in a signed agreement before work begins.

3. Payment Terms
Setup fees are due upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing. Monthly retainers (if applicable) are billed on a recurring basis. All payments are non-refundable once work has started. Late payments may result in paused services or additional fees.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate, timely access to relevant tools and platforms
Responding to requests for content or feedback during the setup process
Testing and approving automation before launch
Failure to cooperate may delay delivery.

5. Intellectual Property
We grant you full use of the automations built for your business. However, any internal templates, scripts, or proprietary tools remain our property and may not be redistributed or resold.

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Issues caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, Make, Zapier)Lost revenue, business interruption, or indirect damagesImproper use or changes made to your systems after delivery. All services are provided “as-is” with best-effort support.

7. Support & RevisionsYour setup includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. Ongoing updates or troubleshooting require an active support retainer. We reserve the right to charge for scope changes beyond the original agreement.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Retainer clients must provide 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle.
